1. Processing Time

All items from Crazy Knitter’s Creations are handmade.

• Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
• Made-to-order or custom items may require up to 6 weeks, like a Doctor Who scarf. before shipping.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped from Cornwall, Ontario, Canada.

We ship through reliable carriers such as Canada Post and other trusted delivery services, depending on the destination and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on location:

• Ontario: [e.g., 2–7 business days]
• Rest of Canada: [e.g., 3–10 business days]
• United States:NOT SHIPPING TO THE USA UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
• International: Delivery times vary by destination
  

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or customs processing.

4. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Crazy Knitter’s Creations is not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect addresses.

If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply.

5. Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available. Some lower-cost shipping options may not include tracking.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control.

Crazy Knitter’s Creations is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier first. If you need assistance, we are happy to help you initiate a claim where applicable.

7. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country.

Crazy Knitter’s Creations is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

8. Local Pickup (If Offered)

If local pickup in Cornwall, Ontario, is chosen, customers will be contacted to arrange a convenient pickup time after purchase.
