Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policies

Conditions:

• Buyer can not exchange item(s).
• Buyer must start return process within  7 days after receiving item(s).
• Buyer must message me before staring any process to talk through the problem.
• If agreed buyer must start the return process within 14 days of delivery(sending me the tracking number).
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition
• You can cancel an order within 24hrs, book more time allowed. NO EXEMPTIONS
