Conditions of return

Conditions:

• Buyer can not exchange item(s).
• The buyer must initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
• The buyer must message me before starting any process to discuss the problem.
• If agreed, the buyer must start the return process within 14 days of delivery(by sending me the tracking number).
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition
• You can cancel an order within 24 hours; no more time allowed. NO EXEMPTIONS
